About: This is about my endeavor to succeed as an entrepreneur by adopting a strategy to launch multiple ideas simultaneously, rather than serially. My logic is that in today's Web 2.0 world, nobody knows which ideas succeed and why? With proliferation of tools, frameworks and code samples, the time and effort to build simple applications has decreased exponentially since the Web 1.0 era. So right now, my belief is that one should adopt a spaghetti model of launching more than one idea and seeing what gains traction. Once an idea shows genuine promise and a growth trajectory, focusing on that one may be valid. But I don't feel like I need to put all my eggs in one basket.
However, I do understand the conventional wisdom that focus is important and spreading thin means none of the ideas get the requisite attention.
So what will it be? Will one of the multiple ventures succeed? Or will all fail for lack of oxygen? Is it aspiration or desperation? Is it sustainable strategy or naked greed? Follow my journey as I walk this path...
